Istria

Villa and Apartments Brisa is located about 2 km from the picturesque town of Labin, between Pula and Opatija. This medieval town, home to 12,000 residents, sits atop a hill, flanked by a modern settlement called Podlabin. With its rich historical background, including 15th-century city gates and palaces adorned with Renaissance decorations, Labin is an ideal destination for a touch of culture in the afternoon sun. From here, a breathtaking panorama stretches over Rabac, Kvarner, Gorski Kotar, Velebit, and the emerald bay of Prklog.

Although Labin itself has no beaches, the beautiful beaches of Rabac are just 5 km away. The charming old fishing village of Rabac is located on the enchanting eastern coast of Istria, opposite the island of Cres. The abundance of restaurants and entertainment options make Rabac a lively seaside resort. From the picturesque terraces by the harbor, you can enjoy stunning views of the beach and the wooded slopes surrounding the bay.

Rabac features numerous pebble beaches and rocky plateaus where you can sunbathe and swim naturistically. Additionally, there are excellent opportunities for surfing, snorkeling, and water skiing. Combine the variety of naturist beaches with explorations in the surrounding area. Visit the picturesque Plomin, where you can lose yourself in the past (17 km away), discover the 13th-century fortress of Krsan, and explore the hilly island of Cres, accessible by boat from Brestova (25 km away).

Thanks to Rabac's favorable location, both the port of Poreč and the Plitvice Lakes are easily reachable. This gives you the opportunity to experience two of Croatia’s most popular excursions. From Poreč, a boat departs for a day trip to enchanting Venice, while the Plitvice Lakes National Park offers breathtaking natural wonders you simply must not miss.

For cultural experiences, an excursion to the harbor town of Poreč (70 km) is perfect. Poreč is Croatia's most popular holiday destination. Around the old fishing harbor, you’ll find charming houses, cozy terraces, shops, and restaurants where you can enjoy typical regional dishes. There are excellent shopping options, and the area is rich in history, including the Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its exceptional golden mosaics from the sixth century. The regional museum of Poreč is also worth visiting.
