Cancelling your holiday

Our cancellation policy applies when cancelling your holiday. Below you can find the cancellation terms that apply to you.

Cancellations are processed only on business days (Mon-Fri) between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and on Saturdays between 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. If a cancellation is reported outside these times, it will be effective on the next business day.

*Any insurance policies taken out will not be reimbursed if you cancel your holiday.

Payment terms

At Euronature, you can pay for your booking in multiple installments. If you choose to pay in 2 installments, the following rules apply:

  • Part 1: 15% deposit (plus any transportation tickets, car hire/transfers, service fees, SGR contribution, Calamity Fund contribution, and optional insurance). The deposit must be paid within one week after receiving the invoice.
  • Part 2: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 weeks before the arrival date. If the payment is not made within the specified period, Euronature has the right to cancel the reservation. Cancellation fees will then be charged.

If you pay by credit card, the amount will be deducted immediately.

If you pay in more than 2 installments, the payment is structured as follows:

  • Deposit: 15% (plus any transportation tickets, car hire/transfers, service fees, SGR contribution, Calamity Fund contribution, and optional insurance). The deposit must be paid within two weeks after receiving the invoice.
  • Intermediate payments: You can pay 15% of the booking amount in installments.
  • Final payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 weeks before the arrival date.

You have two convenient options to make the payment: by credit card or by bank transfer.

Important: If payment is not made on time, Euronature reserves the right to cancel the reservation, and cancellation fees will be charged. Be sure to pay on time to avoid unnecessary costs. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. We are happy to help!

Complaints and feedback

Everyone at Euronature does their utmost to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. However, we are aware that things may not always go as planned during your trip/holiday.

Problems during the trip
If you have any questions and/or comments during your stay, please report them immediately at the reception or to the accommodation manager. In most cases, they can assist you directly.

If no suitable solution is provided, please contact our office:

  • Monday to Friday between 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM and Saturdays between 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM at 0031-(0)488-454245.
  • Outside office hours, we are available on a special emergency number, which you received with your travel documents.
  • Complaints can be emailed to info@euronature.nl.

After the trip
It is certainly unpleasant if your holiday did not go as expected. We do take this seriously. To resolve the issue in a pleasant manner, it is important to write down your comments and possibly negative experiences as soon as possible after your return (no later than 2 months after the end of your holiday) and send them to us by post or email (with photos, if applicable). You can email them to info@euronature.nl. We will process your complaint and get back to you within one month.

Important to know:

  • Verbal complaints and/or comments cannot be treated as an official complaint.
  • A complaint that is not reported to the on-site contact point cannot be processed by us.
  • A complaint that was not satisfactorily resolved on-site but was not reported to our office—thus preventing us from offering a solution—cannot be processed by us.
  • We would like to hear your thoughts on your holiday. Therefore, after your trip, you will receive a survey via email. Comments/complaints made through this form cannot be processed as complaints.
