Camping pitches and accommodations are rented based on agreements between Euronature and the campsites. The exact location on the campsite/destination is assigned by the campsite. Efforts will be made to consider any preferences you have indicated in advance. Sometimes, you may be allowed to choose your preferred spot from a selection of available pitches.
Camping pitches and accommodations are often located on natural terrain, and the size, view, or level of privacy can vary. Sometimes, you may be assigned a pitch where the car cannot be parked directly at the campsite and must instead be placed in a designated parking area.
At many holiday destinations, an entertainment programme is offered. The entertainment programme is often only available during the peak season. The entertainment programme at a campsite is often conducted in the country's official language.
The confirmation of your reservation specifies the time you can arrive at the accommodation and the time you must leave on your last day.
Have you rented accommodation? We recommend checking in between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. This helps you avoid busy times at reception and ensures that your accommodation has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. On some campsites, a midday rest period applies (often between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM). During this time, check-ins and check-outs are not possible. Arriving late? Are you arriving at the campsite after 7:00 PM? Make sure to inform the campsite in advance. They can advise you on where to report if the reception is already closed or the barrier is not open. You will find the campsite's phone number in your travel documents.
Are you arriving at the campsite one or more days later, or leaving one or more days earlier? In such cases, you are not entitled to a refund for the days you were not at the campsite.
At many campsites, barbecuing is allowed. However, if it is indicated that barbecuing is permitted, this does not mean that a barbecue is included as part of the equipment at your accommodation. In some cases, it refers to a centrally located barbecue area that can be used by multiple guests.
Note: At campsites, using a charcoal barbecue is often not allowed due to fire hazards. You can check the campsite facilities to see which types of barbecues are permitted.
In many countries, beaches can be privately owned. This is especially common in Italy. For private beaches at campsites, you can use them for free as a camping guest. However, you will need to pay separately for sunbeds or umbrellas. Public beaches are often free of charge.
The facilities section indicates whether a trailer ramp is available at the accommodation. The presence of a trailer ramp does not automatically mean that you can store your vessel there or that there is a buoy available for your boat.
It is not possible to make a reservation for your boat through Euronature. If you want to bring your boat, please contact the campsite or accommodation provider directly. Euronature is not liable for the refusal of brought vessels.
Several of our accommodations are on request. This means that we need to check with the foreign provider whether the accommodation is available. You will be notified as soon as possible, and no later than two working days, whether the booking can be confirmed.
Exclusive with Euronature: flexible cancellation terms!
We adopt the terms of the accommodation provider on a one-to-one basis. These are often much more flexible and favourable than the general terms used by many other tour operators. Euronature is unique in this regard! You can find the current terms for your accommodation on Euronature.co.uk. These cancellation costs are increased by the applicable service fees, Calamity Fund and SGR contributions, any purchased insurance policies, and flight tickets.
If no cancellation conditions are stated with the accommodation, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- up to the 42nd calendar day before the departure day: the deposit (15%)
- from the 42nd to the 28th calendar day before the day of departure: 25%
- from the 28th to the 14th calendar day before the departure day: 50%
- from the 14th to the 7th calendar day before the day of departure: 75%
- from the 7th to the departure day: 90%
- on the day of departure or later: the full travel sum
Cancellations are only processed by us on business days. Click here for the current working hours.
If a cancellation is reported outside these hours, the cancellation will take effect on the next working day.
* Any purchased insurance policies are not reimbursed if you cancel your holiday.
For flights and ferries, 100% cancellation fees apply from the moment of booking.
For car rental and transfers, 100% cancellation fees apply from the 7th calendar day before the departure date (unless otherwise stated on the transport confirmation).
When you book an accommodation or a camping pitch with Euronature, you can see on the accommodation page whether your car is included in the price or not. You can often park your car next to your accommodation or camping pitch. If this is not possible, you can park your car in a designated parking area. If you wish to enter a campsite with two or more cars per booking, the campsite/accommodation may charge additional fees. These extra cars often need to be parked in a designated parking area.
For other types of accommodation, it may be required to park the car outside the complex grounds, which could incur additional costs.
In most rental accommodations, you are required to do the final cleaning yourself, in which case no additional costs will be charged. In some cases, the final cleaning is done for you. The costs for this are often included in the rental price, but it may be necessary to pay for it on-site. If you need to pay separately, this will always be stated on your voucher. If the final cleaning is provided, you are still required to leave the accommodation neat and tidy. If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of your accommodation upon arrival, please inform the reception immediately. They can arrange for the accommodation to be cleaned again or resolve any issues.
If there is an issue with your accommodation or at the campsite, first contact the accommodation provider to work together on a solution. If the accommodation provider does not offer a satisfactory solution or resolution, get in touch with Euronature directly. For further handling (in accordance with the (ANVR) Travel Terms and Conditions**), it is essential that we are informed of your issues while you are still at the campsite.
Your travel documents will include information on how to proceed if problems at the location are not resolved to your satisfaction.
** Only valid for residents of the Netherlands.
Accommodation providers try to carry out repairs, renovations, or improvements on the site as much as possible outside the opening dates. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to prevent these activities from taking place during your stay. Euronature cannot be held responsible for this.
To avoid large rubbish trucks driving across the site during the day, household waste is often collected in the morning. This may not always be a quiet process.
If you have special requests, such as a shaded spot, you can indicate this. A preference is not a guarantee, but we will do our best to accommodate it. The allocation and assignment of campsites and accommodations are always handled by the campsite. It's worth booking early, as the sooner you book, the greater the chance we can find a spot that matches your preference.
In many campsite and location descriptions, distances are mentioned or described (for example, nearby, close to, in the vicinity). In all these cases, there is an accessible path you can use. This may range from a paved dirt road to an asphalt road. These distance indications are always based on walking. There is no guarantee that you can reach the mentioned location by car, wheelchair, bicycle, or any other means of transport. Additionally, the distance does not indicate the presence of lighting or any elevation changes.
If you rent accommodation, electricity, water, and gas are almost always included. If you book only a camping pitch, you can often make use of an electricity and/or water connection. The pricing table shows the options and rates.
For some accommodation it is possible to indicate an essence. If this is the case, it is mentioned on the accommodation page.
Difference between essence and preference
An essence is a condition that must be met in order to book the trip. If it is not guaranteed, you do not want to book the trip. A preference is a preference, but not a hard requirement. It is something you like, but it is not necessary for booking the trip.
Note: If you do not clearly indicate an essence, it is automatically considered a preference.
The costs that must be paid locally are listed on the booking confirmation. These charges are often due upon arrival at the location. The costs to be paid locally are subject to change.
Each accommodation specifies which facilities are available. Many of these facilities can be found on the accommodation's grounds. If a facility is not on the accommodation grounds, it is located no more than 250 meters away. If the description mentions swimming opportunities in the sea, located by the sea, or public transport, the distance is a maximum of 500 meters.
Not all facilities are included in the overnight price. You pay extra for some facilities. This does not mean that all other facilities are free; it is logical, for example, that you have to pay in a restaurant. In some cases, facilities such as the restaurant, shop or swimming pool are managed by third parties. As a result, both Euronature and the owner of the accommodation have no direct influence on the policies or prices of these facilities.
Facilities at most campsites are checked annually between May and September. Therefore, it is possible that a change has occurred that has not yet been updated on this site. Also, please note that not all facilities may be available in the shoulder season or off-season.
Euronature can also book the ferry crossing to destinations such as Corsica. For more information on options and rates, please consult our staff. Prefer to book your own ferry crossing? You can also do that via our website.

If peace and relaxation are important to you during your holiday and you want to experience as little noise disturbance as possible, these tips will be helpful for you:
Euronature can also reserve flight tickets for you. We book flights exclusively with reputable airlines. Ticket prices are available upon request. For the current rates, please contact one of our staff members by calling +44 126 237 7397 or send an email to info@euronature.co.uk.
The amount of baggage you are allowed to take varies by airline. The permitted baggage allowance during your flight is specified on your ticket or flight confirmation and/or boarding pass. It often also indicates which hazardous materials are prohibited during your flight. Prepare well for your flight by reviewing the baggage rules for checked baggage, hand luggage, baby/child luggage, and special baggage per airline.
Special baggage such as bicycles, golf bags, wheelchairs, or sleep apnea machines will be carried by the airline as a service, either free of charge or for a fee, if arranged in advance. When booking, you can request an estimate of the possible costs based on the available information at that time. If the airline or conditions change, you cannot rely on previously provided information.
If the allowed baggage weight is exceeded during check-in, an excess baggage fee will apply. Please refer to the website of the respective airline for current rates. It is also possible that excess baggage may be refused. Additionally, no baggage item may weigh more than 32 kilograms. We strongly recommend adhering to baggage rules.
Baggage rules are not the same in every country. For some things, you may need to arrange something in advance, such as medicines.
You can also download the special Customs App to see exactly what you can and cannot take with you when travelling.
If you are taking medication, you should carry a medication passport with you. This is a complete and up-to-date overview of the medications you are using. Your pharmacy will fill out the passport completely and note any allergies and sensitivities. In case something unexpected happens, the doctors will be immediately aware of your medication usage. Additionally, this makes it clear to customs which medications you are carrying and why.
Your booking must include the correctly spelled names, including first name and gender, exactly as they appear on your passport or ID card. For married travellers, only the maiden name as it appears on the passport (or ID card) should be listed in the booking. If your second or third names are incorrect, you can still travel. However, if the names are misspelled, you may be denied boarding. Any consequences or costs resulting from this are your own responsibility and/or expense.
Times, flight numbers, departure and/or arrival airports, and flight schedules may differ from the information provided during booking. The departure time and airport are also stated on your flight ticket. Therefore, ensure that you check your travel documents carefully. Changes can be made at any time, even on the day of departure or return. For this reason, check your updated flight details on the website of your departure airport at least 24 hours before departure.
If you miss your flight, you are not entitled to a refund. At airports, monitors will indicate which counters you can check in at. If you check in online, you often only need to be at the airport 1 to 1.5 hours before departure. This varies by airline and airport. You will receive this information when checking in online. However, always bear in mind that traffic or delays on the way to the airport may occur!
When booking a flight, we can arrange transport from the departure hall to the aircraft. If possible, you can take your own wheelchair or walker with you on the trip. The conditions vary depending on the airline.
Delays may occur due to factors such as strikes, slowdowns, technical issues, additional security checks, delayed fellow passengers, air traffic congestion, weather conditions, and force majeure. We exclude any liability for such delays. This also applies to missed connecting (public) transport and missed pick-ups. Any additional costs incurred will be at your own expense.
Don't forget to inform your accommodation about your delayed arrival and notify the car rental provider about your late arrival as well. We recommend that you always check before departure whether your flight is operating as scheduled. Please refer to the website of the relevant airport for this information.
The information on our website is compiled and maintained with great care. However, it may happen that some information on the website is not up-to-date or accurate. Euronature is not liable for the accuracy of this information.
Photos are an important source of information on this website. They are intended as an impression of what you can expect at the accommodation. If there are multiple accommodations of the same type at a campsite, it may happen that the location of the accommodation you booked is slightly different from the one shown in the photo. We cannot be held responsible for photos and brochures provided by third parties.
Insect nuisance (including ants and mosquitoes) can occur, especially in areas with a lot of forest and/or water. Always store food supplies in sealed containers, and keep windows and doors closed if there is an issue with insects. Local supermarkets often offer various protection and pest control products to help minimise the nuisance.
We recommend that you take out cancellation and travel insurance when making your reservation. You can purchase the cancellation insurance through us with a.s.r.. The premium for this insurance is 5.5% of the travel amount (excluding policy costs and insurance tax). If, due to (often unfortunate) circumstances, you are unable to travel to your vacation destination or need to return early, and the reason falls within the terms of the insurance, a.s.r. will cover the cancellation costs in full.
Premium, insurance tax, policy costs, service fees, and the calamity fund are not covered by the cancellation insurance and will always be at the customer's expense. Complete coverage for a competitive price!
The accommodations are often fully equipped, but based on what is typically used locally. Especially in the kitchen, there may be different utensils than what you would expect in a Dutch kitchen. Typically Dutch items, such as a cheese slicer or a coffee filter, are better brought along by you. An electric coffee maker is also often not available. Pans and/or dishes are often limited in number.
In rental accommodations, there are often blankets (not duvets) and pillows available. Bed linen may sometimes need to be brought by you, be included, or be available for rent upon booking. Please refer to the information during the booking process or the accommodation specifications for details. To avoid disappointment, we recommend always reserving the desired bed linen in advance.
Euronature is not liable for loss or theft (including money), damage to property, or injury caused to you and your travel companions, regardless of the cause. During your stay, you are responsible for any damage caused to the holiday accommodation, its furnishings, and all items belonging to the rental property by you and/or your travel companions. Always adhere to the regulations for using the accommodation and everything associated with it. These regulations can be found in your accommodation or may be provided to you by Euronature, Euronature's managers, and/or the campsite.
It's always frustrating to realize after returning from vacation that you forgot something during your stay. We understand that you would like to have the item back. You can contact our Customer Service for assistance.
The main booker of the trip must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking. The main booker is responsible for all co-travelers included in the booking. All correspondence regarding the booking will be handled through the main booker.
The minimum age at some accommodations may be 21 years. If this is the case for your desired campsite and you are under 21, your reservation may still be rejected. Of course, you will be notified by us as soon as possible.
With bed and breakfast, the service starts the day after your arrival and ends on the day of departure with breakfast. With half and full board, the service starts with dinner and/or lunch on the arrival day and always ends with breakfast on the departure day.
Coffee, drinks (except for coffee and tea at breakfast) are not included in the price by default. With All Inclusive, the service starts in most accommodations as soon as you check-in and ends when you check out. Some accommodations allow you to use all facilities and services before check-in or after check-out, while others charge additional fees or do not allow it.
If you miss one of the meals and/or other services, such as drinks in an All Inclusive stay, due to a late arrival, no refund will be given. If you arrive late on your outbound journey, you may often be offered a salad instead of dinner due to the restaurant closing. If there are few guests dining, it may happen that meals are served instead of being presented in buffet form. In some cases, the service provider may decide to change the meal service from a buffet to a set menu or vice versa.
Some naturist resorts offer an NFN discount, and we always mention this on our website for the specific site. This discount also applies when you book with Euronature. Please provide your membership number when booking, and the discount will be applied to your invoice afterward.
In some cases, an NFN membership is required. You will see this on the accommodation's page.
If peace and relaxation are important to you during your holiday and you want to experience as little noise disturbance as possible, these tips will be helpful for you:
When traveling abroad, you are required to present a valid passport or a European identity card. If you hold a nationality other than Dutch or Belgian, please inquire in advance about the required documentation.
At certain accommodations, it is still common for passports to be taken during check-in. On some campsites, they may even keep them for the entire duration of your stay. While we are aware that this is not allowed under Dutch law, we must unfortunately acknowledge that these are the rules of the accommodation provider, and we have no influence over them.
Euronature also has campsites where pets are allowed throughout the season or only outside the high season. This mainly applies to the camping pitches. In most Euronature accommodations, pets are not allowed. If pets are allowed in an accommodation, we indicate this with a dog icon. If there are extra charges for bringing a pet, this fee will be shown during the booking process.
Have you booked a flight, car, or transfer? Then, please be aware of the terms and conditions of the transport company.
If you bring pets, you are responsible for ensuring that your pet meets the (entry) requirements for that country. For example, once you cross the border, a rabies vaccination certificate is required. You can find all important information about bringing pets on holiday at the LICG.
Some sites and accommodations have no issue with a single piercing (such as a navel piercing) or a modest tattoo. Please inquire in advance with our staff about the guidelines for your chosen destination.
If you have special requests, such as a shaded spot, you can indicate this. A preference is not a guarantee, but we will do our best to accommodate it. The layout and allocation of camping pitches and accommodations are always managed by the campsite. It's worth booking early, as the sooner you book, the higher the chance that we can find a spot with your preference.
At Euronature, it is possible to pay for your booking in multiple instalments. If you choose to pay in 2 instalments, the following rules apply:
If you pay by credit card, the amount will be charged immediately.
If you choose to pay in more than 2 instalments, the payment schedule is as follows:
You have two convenient options for payment: by credit card or by bank transfer.
Important: If payment is not made on time, Euronature reserves the right to cancel the reservation, and cancellation fees will be charged. To avoid unnecessary costs, please ensure timely payment. Do you have questions? Feel free to contact us. We’re happy to help!
Each accommodation has its own set of regulations that you, as a guest, must adhere to. These regulations are established by the accommodation provider and are outside the responsibility of Euronature.
It is possible to book a rental car through Euronature. For information on options and rates, please consult our staff. Prefer to book your car rental yourself? You can also easily do this via our website.
You can make a reservation at Euronature in various ways. The easiest way is to book directly through our website. If you have questions or would simply prefer to speak to someone, you can also make a reservation by calling +44 126 237 7397. The price is the same, so you'll always get the best deal.
If you book a holiday online or by phone, there is no statutory cooling-off period. Once you make a booking, you are committed to the booked accommodation. The provider must then send you a booking confirmation in the manner specified. This will often be by email. As long as the provider has not confirmed the booking, you can cancel the agreement free of charge.
In some cases, it may occur that we have to withdraw our offer, even after you have accepted it and we have confirmed it. But don't worry, if this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible, no later than 24 hours after the day of your booking. We will also explain the reason for this. If you accept our offer over the weekend, the withdrawal period starts at midnight on Sunday, unless there is a widely recognized public holiday, in which case the period starts at midnight on the last public holiday.
We want you to be satisfied, so if you are entitled to a refund for a payment you have already made, we will arrange this for you. No later than 14 days after your entitlement to a refund arises, we will ensure that the amount is back in your account.
Most Euronature campsites have a swimming pool. The campsite determines the opening dates and times, usually from mid-May to mid-September. The temperature of the pool water is also set by the campsite. In southern countries, it is sometimes the case that the pool is closed during siesta time.
If your accommodation has a terrace, it could be a wooden veranda, but it could also be a fenced-off area with a stone, sand, or grass-like surface.
Almost everywhere, you have to pay a tourist tax. In some countries and regions, an environmental surcharge also applies. The amounts are determined by local authorities. You usually have to pay the tourist tax upon arrival at the campsite reception. The tourist tax can vary from twenty cents per child per day to seven euros per person per day. These amounts are subject to change.
You will receive your travel documents a few weeks before departure, no later than 1 week before departure via email. If the payment obligation has been fulfilled, you will receive the travel documents by e-mail a few weeks before departure, at the latest 1 week before departure.
We aim for an experience with meaning. Read more about our sustainability policy here.
Extreme heat can affect the water supply to a campsite. During hot periods, when there is reduced water pressure, the campsite may be forced to limit access to swimming pools, parts of the pool (slides), and/or sanitary buildings. Prolonged drought can also impact swimming opportunities in lakes and canals, or the availability of sanitary facilities. A campsite may also decide to temporarily close one or more sanitary facilities. If a campsite takes such a measure, it is always outside the responsibility of Euronature.
Hot water at some campsites and/or accommodations is provided by boilers. These are not always sufficient to meet sudden high demand.
Power outages are rare, but if they occur, the cause is almost always outside the campsite. In many southern countries, the electrical outlets are different from those in the Netherlands. Always bring a European plug adapter on holiday.
In many accommodations, you can use Wi-Fi, sometimes for an additional fee. Euronature is not responsible for any internet outages, network issues, and/or loss of data or income due to technical or other disruptions.
Solo male travellers are not always permitted in all locations. In such cases, membership of the NFN is required at certain accommodations.
