Food and drink
Corsican cuisine is a delightful blend of French and Italian flavours. Add the island’s coastal location to the mix, and you’ve got some of the freshest fish and seafood dishes imaginable. Local dishes include aziminu (a Corsican version of bouillabaisse made with rock-dwelling fish), Figatellu di Corsica (a traditional pork sausage), and brocciu (a soft cheese made from sheep’s or goat’s milk).
