Uzerche also features supermarkets and a weekly market offering local specialties.

About 36 km away lies Ségur-le-Château, recognized as one of the 100 most beautiful villages in France. At the foot of the village lies the 12th-century ruins of the Château de Ségur. Old half-timbered houses are built against the rocks supporting the castle ruins. About 45 km away are the stunning waterfalls of Gimel, one of which reaches a height of 60 meters.
