Naturist campsite Le Colombier is located in the southern part of the Vendée department. This area is known for its many hours of sunshine and beautiful sandy beaches. The campsite is easy to reach by car in a single day. In addition to the two stunning naturist beaches, the surrounding area offers large nature reserves such as Marais du Poitevin, reservoirs with water sports facilities, and more. About 25 km away lies the town of Luçon. It has a small but lively centre with shops and restaurants. Here, you’ll find various attractions, including a cathedral, a park, and a museum. Naturist campsite Le Colombier also serves as an excellent base for trips to the Loire castles. The Grand Parc Puy du Fou theme park, centred around 2,000 years of French history, is another highlight. Spectacular shows feature falconry, Roman gladiators, and medieval battles. For a magnificent view of the surroundings, you can climb the Tour Mélusine in Vouvant (21 km).
Naturist Beaches
There are two naturist beaches accessible from Le Colombier: Plage de la Terrière (62 km) and La Pointe d’Arcay (55 km). Both naturist beaches can be reached within approximately one hour by car.
