Holiday destination Corsica

Corsica is stunning. This green and sun-drenched island is rightfully called the ‘Île de Beauté’ (island of beauty). With a mix of French and Italian influences, a pleasant climate, and over 200 beaches, there’s plenty to explore. Think charming villages, outdoor activities like hiking and mountain biking, and a rich cultural experience in a truly authentic setting.

Nude beaches in Corsica

Corsica offers a variety of nude beaches. The 5 km long beach at Domaine de Bagheera is open to naturists, even those not staying at the park. A bit further south, near Aléria, you’ll find Riva Bella Beach. Staying near Porto-Vecchio? Be sure to check out the beaches around La Chiappa.

Food and drink

Corsican cuisine is a delightful blend of French and Italian flavours. Add the island’s coastal location to the mix, and you’ve got some of the freshest fish and seafood dishes imaginable. Head inland and you’ll discover a wide range of hearty meat specialties. Local dishes include aziminu (a Corsican version of bouillabaisse made with rock-dwelling fish), Figatellu di Corsica (a traditional pork sausage), and brocciu (a soft cheese made from sheep’s or goat’s milk).

Flying to Corsica

There are regular flights to Corsica from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For the best prices, we recommend booking early. We can also arrange your flights for you. Just mention this in the comments section during online booking or contact our reservations team for current flight rates.

Driving to Corsica

Of course, you can also travel to Corsica by car. In that case, you’ll need to book a ferry crossing as well. We work together with Corsica Ferries. Click here to learn more about this service.
